I enjoy going to the gym and get my sweat on. I think it's important to keep my body in good shape, I need it for a long time still. And after sitting still the whole day I really need it, so I try to go at least 3-4 times during the week and once on the weekend. I also like working on my bike and take it out for rides, just getting out there on the open road. It's not really the destination but the journey thats important.
