Who is Riff Rumpalla? In his mid 30s, he's a 6'2" 188lb red haired, blue eyed cowboy from the mid-west, who packs an 8+ pistol in his holster. Riff is gay. Riff spent most of his life in Chicago, roaming the streets and alleys of Boystown on North Halsted street as a hustler and stripper in the gay bars, baths and theaters of the city. Though being gay is not a problem to Riff, he does have other problems. First, for a cowboy, he has never been able to hold his liquer very well. Many times, he has been seen wandering the streets of RLC with more than a full tank. It's at times like these that Riff is most vulnerable, being easily seduced by any man that he has never known. Second, Riff is a hustler, wanting to be paid for his services. But every time he is with another man, in RLC, he realizes that he has to forget about the money, because the only thing he really wants .......... is to fire another cowboy's pistol. During the day you will find this easy going cowpoke roaming the streets of RLC as his cowboy self but as evening approaches, he slips into his more seedy side and the leatherman inside of him emerges and takes over his psyche. It has been said "this is when you will find him to be the most fun."
