I have an odd taste for geek rock (i.e. Weezer, Ben Folds [w or w/o Five], Barenaked Ladies, Wilco, The Shins, Elliott Smith, TMBG, Tom Waits, Cracker, et al) and a soft spot for most things retro and/or early 90s...mostly because the latter represents my college years and it was also the last time I was painfully current, unlike now.
