RayVega's Scoop
About me:
Male who loves giving oral and being stimulated by a good mind. I like hearing people laugh and will try to make light of things to get that laughter. Some may say I have a quick wit. Tell me a joke and let's laugh together.

Who I'd like to meet:
Friends, especially females. I love to chat and am looking for worthwhile conversation. Everyone has a body but not everyone has a mind. I appreciate a good mind and a healthy sense of humor.

Interests:
I like to be learning constantly. Give me a project and tell me to solve it and I will enjoy the challenge.

My Favorite Websites:

I would forego my kingdom and unsheath my sword for one night with you, my queen.

Music:
A variety of music from rock, pop, classical and jazz with some country as well.

Movies:
Sometimes I like movies for the sheer escapism. Other times I enjoy a movie for the message or the way it handles a particular portrayal of life. And there are movies I like because of the memories or person associated with the particular flick.

My tastes include comedies, biographies, dramas, action, adventures, documentaries, mental thrillers (not slasher or horror films), animated films, and musicals.

I will also enjoy Masterpiece Theatre productions of good literature. If they wear 19th century clothes and talk with a British accent, there is a good chance I'll watch it.

Having said that, here is a list of some movies I have enjoyed. It is not close to being complete and could go on and on:

  • Man Without A Face
  • Monty Python's The Meaning of Life
  • Knocked Up
  • The Shawshank Redemption
  • Rudy
  • The Professional
  • Elizabeth
  • Casablanca
  • Goodfellas
  • Raiders of the Lost Ark
  • The Rocketeer
  • Marty
  • Singin' In The Rain
  • Pride & Prejudice
  • The Sting
  • Maverick
  • Payback
  • Meet John Doe
  • Mr. Smith Goes to Washington
  • Adam's Rib
  • Glory
  • The Great Escape
  • Kelly's Heroes
  • Bridges of Madison County
  • The Last Starfighter
  • Star Trek: Wrath of Khan
  • Gladiator
  • Cider House Rules
  • Finding Nemo
  • Shark Tales
  • Shrek
  • Monsters, Inc.
  • Monty Python and the Holy Grail
  • Sneakers
  • Independence Day
  • Miracle on 34th Street
  • Emma
  • LA Confidential
  • Oceans 11

Books:
Yes, I actually can read. And I do quite a bit of it. My reading usually takes the the way of trade magazines to keep current for my business, or history and biographies. Unfortunately my reading doesn't include a lot of fiction. I have nothing against fiction. I do enjoy it. I am just very, very particular and find it challenging to find an author or story that can actually keep my interest long enough. And what can I say, I'm more a visual person and will wait for the movie version to come out. :)
