If you got this far, you deserve a bonus *grins... So here is some info just for you: I tend to prefer older men and women (early 40s and up). I suffer from the Asian curse - I find blond women (and men) with blue eyes exotic and exciting, especially if they have a chest larger than an average mango (for men it would be large hands), and I absolutely love hats! Not that I would not enjoy being with brunettes or redheads, but we all have our fantasies, no?
So the question has come up again and again... About the lifestyle and what is involved and what does it mean? Here is my take on things, and I do accept offers to lick my wounds after the lashing I am sure to receive for this... Yes, I too have been in both positions... of servitude and of dominance. Some people believe they could never be both but only one or the other. Others enjoy switching. I am not a judge and am not going to take one side or the other. I believe that we choose our own way at any given point and sometimes our choices change, based on a variety of factors. We enjoy the benefits of a good/right choice and we suffer the consequences of the bad/wrong choice. The key is to learn from each. I have seen too many people claim to be dominant, Masters and Mistresses, but in my opinion, do not have the slightest idea what the lifestyle is all about and simply use it for self-gratification. I felt sorry for their victims... I have seen those swearing their servitude, just to offer it to another the next day. I felt sorry for their loss... I have heard those who believe that neither should be allowed and that both are freaks... Well, I do not feel sorry for them... All I know is what works for me... I have to be free to choose... I want to be able to accept someone's offer of servitude if I feel willing, able, and interested in guiding, or in offering my own if I find someone I feel deserving of it and hope it gets accepted... I know that trust is the most precious gift one can receive and believe it should be treasured when offered... I also know that it would never work without mutual respect. Some say they believe that a successful relationship could only be had between equal partners. What does equal mean to you? To me, it means I have the freedom to offer and you have the freedom not to accept, or if you offer, the choice is mine to accept or not... However, if the offer is not accepted, it should not be treated as a negative reflection on either of two people. There could be many reasons for not accepting it. The right thing to do would be to try and find out why not. Could simply be that the person you are asking does not have the time required (yes, it DOES require a lot of time AND thought). Or perhaps there just isn't an interest... Let's face it, you DO NOT like everyone, so why should you expect everyone to like you? OK... I am done... Let the lashing and stoning begin... I have the whole weekend to recover...
