i told you in my 1st email i didn't have the memory and if i cant use it wanted to unsubscribe! what happened to "the customer is always right?"pretty much non-fucking existant huh? you guys were the ones who decide that "we" need a new computer to play your game on our dime!

What you said in your email was a hypothetical, as in a 'if I can't do this, then this will happen' situation. I asked you to verify whether you could load the game, and you did not answer. That leaves the liability on you to see if you did meet the minimum standards or not. Your account has been downgraded, but you never requested cancellation officially, there will be no refund issued.
Your account has been downgraded and you will not be charged again.

It looks like the only email we have on file was from you stating you weren't sure if you met the minimum standards, which I then sent back and asked you to verify, which it looks like we never received back, nor did we receive a request to downgrade the account. Therefore there will be no refunds issued.
I have now downgraded your account back to a basic member. You will retain the VIP privileges until 05/23/08 at which time you will be demoted to a basic member. There is no fee for this account.
I also have canceled the rebills with CCbill. So you should be receiving 2 emails besides this one. One email will be from Red Light Center confirming the downgrade with us and one from CCbill confirming the cancellation of billing on their side.
Please let know if you need anything else.
