Who I'd like to meet:
1. MEANING OF “NO”. Our main rule is that NO means NO, THE FIRST TIME, and if anyone cannot understand that, then they do not belong around our house and family. We are here to have fun, so leave the DRAMA to the forums, and ignore them.
2. RESPECT. Remember, behind each Avatar is a real person with feelings, and needs to be treated with respect. We do not discriminate because of sexual preference, gender, or race. Anyone abusing this will be asked to leave Serenity_Haven , or possibly be banned altogether.
3. PERSONAL MESSAGES. Please do NOT PM first without asking, unless you already have permission from the person you are contacting. Asking someone for sexual favors, or being nasty and obnoxious will get you booted quickly from the house.
4. BAD LANGUAGE. Excessive bad language, abusive language, in the main room are all prohibited in the Main Room. Be cool, be Nice, be respectful of others at all times.
5. NUDITY. Is not permited in main area of house
6. BAD BEHAVIOR. Being ignorant and rude will get you booted or banned from Serenity_Haven for good. Overly pushy persons will be asked to leave immediately. We have a ZERO tolerance level for this, and will not allow it PERIOD.
7. PREDATORS. No predators will be allowed at any time. Do NOT go into the private rooms unless invited. Do not hang out waiting for victims, or without a partner.
8. INTERRUPTIONS. Do NOT interrupt members when they are in private rooms. There is nothing worse than being interrupted during a private moment.
9. DRAMA. Although we strive to keep drama to a minimum, it will happen. So please, if you are having a drama moment keep it in PM. Open drama can lead to being booted from the house.
11. BANNED LIST. The following behaviors could lead to you being put on the banned list, to prevent you from entering Serenity Haven . These should be common sense to most people, but for some, they are not. We are a private club, and not following the rules of Serenity_Haven could also get you booted from main RLC areas:
a. Stalking, following another member around when they have asked you to leave them alone
b. Excessive pms without permission.
c. Creating drama that spills over into the house general chat.
d. Offensive and abusive language in general chat, or pm's.
e. Hanging out in the bedrooms without a partner.
f. Being disrespectful in any way because of sexual preference, race, or gender.
g. Being under the age of 18.
h. Sitting on others laps without permission.
i. Being abusive towards the house or any of its officers.
j. Not leaving the house after being asked to leave for violating our rules.
h. Please no working girl or guy badges in the house.
These are all common sense rules and should be respected.
We are here to have a good time and have a peacefull environment. Hence the name Serenity_Haven. I wish to have a tranquil place for members and friends to enjoy and have fun in. I don't think its much to ask for :)

There will be member fee's of 50 rays a month due at the begining of each month and that is subject to change as the house grows.
There will be dim. rentals price's will be 600rays per dim. Which I think is fair to all. As soon as we open we will be ready to start renting out dims. Thank you very much for your support.
Your membership benefits are you have a tranquil place to go to get away from the drama on the streets and the rest of rlc. This also will be a Vip only place. In hopes to keep most drama out. This may change but at the moment this will remain.
We will be located in the alley right next door to the park if all go's well...... or located at the end of the alley right before you get to gay alley :)
