When choosing a name for this virtual escape, I allowed my name to influence my avatar name in part, Rhiannon being a Welsh and/or Celtic Goddess. Depending on what tradition you look at she could be a Warrior Goddess or a Fertility Goddess.... personally I like the sound of both ;)

My friends call me a "geeky girl". I don't mind, it is true anyway, and I like it actually ;)

I have always been such, Science fiction and Fantasy has always fascinated me than any other genre. You get the speculation, theories and technology of Sci-fi and the magic and witches, spirituality, goddesses and gods of Fantasy. I call myself spiritual having turned my back on organised religion many years ago. To some my beliefs are confusing, but to me they blend perfectly, the science and the spirituality, the balance....

I am here to escape the craziness of the everyday. I come to chat rooms and the like to chat generally, about some of the things that I like, my interests and hobbies, but nothing specific about myself.
