POSITIONS DESCRIPTIONS
Founder: Responsible for everything, especially in a startup. The Founder is responsible for the success or failure of the company. Operations, marketing, strategy, financing, creation of company culture, human resources, hiring, firing, compliance with safety regulations, sales, PR, etc. - it all falls on the Founder’s shoulders.. The Founder’s duties are what she actually does, the responsibilities she doesn’t delegate. Some things can’t be delegated. Creating culture, building the senior management team, financing road shows, and indeed, the delegation itself can be done only by the Founders.
President: President is one who presides, who sits in leadership of the SNRG & NRG family. If problems or concerns can not be resolved by Security, the problems or concerns are brought before the council and the president.
Vice President: Vice president is to act as presiding officer of the SNRG & NRG family. But the vice president also serves as ceremonial assistant to the president and is an important part of the president's administration.
Secretary: Serves as secretary to the President and Vice President and as a facilitator for the SNRG & NRG Family; performs highly responsible and complex secretarial duties, relieving the President and Vice President of a variety of administrative and clerical details and does related work as required.
Ambassador: The ambassador receives instructions from the President and Vice President and puts them into practice in the SNRG family. The ambassador will first to talk to other family and resolve any issues.
Spokesman: The job recruiter contracts with a other members or organizations to locate and qualify potential members for the SNRG & NRG.

Master of Operations: problem solving in which the parties in dispute express their points of view, voice their interests, and find mutually acceptable solutions.
Head of Security: is the executive responsible for the organization's entire security team. Head of Security also participate closely in related areas of the family members. Head of Security works closely with the Master of Operations.
Security: patrol, or monitor premises to prevent verbal, violence, or infractions of rules.
Family DJ: Provides streaming music for the SNRG & NRG family during parties.
Council: Council members must be firmly committed to the goals and success of SNRG & NRG. In addition members must possess knowledge of the principles of sustainability, a strong commitment to a just and sustainable society, and an interest in improving the learning experience of the SNRG family.
Roles & Responsibilities of Members: Provide advice on programs and strategic direction to the family. Promote SNRG & NRG to colleagues and connect the organization with leaders who can assist in advancing the organization’s mission. Sponsor/support SNRG & NRG activities and attend SNRG & NRG-sponsored events. Hold at least one meeting each month to help develop and carry out a strategy for SNRG &NRG. Provide feedback regarding SNRG & NRG development and collaborative projects.
