Movies:
Action/adventure/romance. Lots of fantasy stuff is great. Vampires, werewolves, blood and guts stuff is great but not in the thrills and chills around every corner with the spooky climactic music in the background. Nothing really scary, almost no natural disaster or crashing ship types.

Romance, action, heroic stuff. Again, fantasy, mostly Christine Feehan and Nora Roberts.
