I have eclectic tastes in music. It really depends on my mood. My ipod is a mix of everything from rockin' country music, classic rock, classical, Spanish classical, reggae, blues, and alternative and indie bands. I like local bands and try to get out to see almost anything live. I don't care much for rap and techno.
Movies:
Cheesy horror flicks, psychological thrillers, action, stupid comedy, and the occasional low budget kung-fu flick float my boat. No chick flicks.
Books:
I will read just about anything you put in front of me except romance novels. Everything from tech manuals and medical journals to Stephen King and Dean Koontz.
