Today the first warm day in spring I was sitting on a windy lake with the sunlight reflecting on the lake's water ripples. Forests were surrounding the lake and on islands. There were ducks and geese and deer close looking at me. I saw fish in and bugs running on top of the water.
The above is the result of 3.5 billion years of birth and death the cornerstones of evolution. We are because an unknown number of life forms had died before us.
Let us embrace death because it created everything I saw this day including myself.
PS. Worms and even trees have identical DNA, RNA and Protein structure so all other life forms including humans
