Travel, woodworking, reading, languages. Have either visited or lived in China (my favorite), Viet Nam, Korea, Thailand, Japan, Okinawa, Phillipines, Germany, Italy, Spain, Britain, France, and Mexico. Speak Chinese and Vietnamese fluently. Speak enough Korean and Thai to get around, but cannot carry on an extended conversation. *chuckles* And, of course, English which is my native tongue in the United States. Favorite old author is Plutarch with Louis Lamour being my favorite modern author.
