About me:
In the close room breathing slowly
I was sitting tired easy.
I was waiting here for someone,
Who come in to give me visit.
I set kettle at the boil,
Looking throw the window glasses
How tonight moon changes phases,
Peeling candies out of foil.
Then I heard a timid moving
Near the door without of causes.
Girl had entered with cookies,
Dressed in the dark-grey clothes
She approached to the table
Walking easy like a goddess.
Asked her - “Who are you, maiden?
Answered me - “I am your Sadness.”
“So, Sit down and fill the teacup.
Thanks for cookies, tasty really.
May be we’ll together seek up
Actual reason of my feeling.”
Then I thought “It’s not bad to
chat with “Sadness” all night long.”
But door opened again and
“Laziness” had come along.
Hesitated near the fireplace,
Glanced at the filled bowl,
And fell down with a web grace
On the cold and dusty floor.
To complete presented story
Many guests had joined game:
“Routine”, ”Fear”, ”Offence” and “Sorrow”,
And at last appeared “Pain”.
Everybody brought some sweeties
Just to drink enough of tea.
All sat down around the heater
And no places stayed free.
I was looking through the window,
Tears were dropping from my eyes.
Rats, inside me, soul nibbled
And my tea was cold as ice.
All my visitors were busy:
Weeping “Sorrow”, scaring “Fear”,
“Laziness” was yawning easy,
“Pain” stuck needles to the ear.
I decided to get out
Throw the window. No more ways.
But before I heard – “I doubt.
Can I take a little place?”
- “Yes, came in, but no space open.
Thunder clouds blocked sky.”
- “But for me enough for happy
Just you palm. Please, let me try.”
Then her wings fell out and maiden,
Lifting eyebrow, like a dove
Flew and landed very tender
On my palm – “Because I’m Love!”
There was silence by the seconds,
Guests stood up without a word.
Followed by dark-gray “Sadness”
Just went out off room unheard.
Suddenly in hall which emptied
“Happiness” appears and slow
Told us “I was late for minute.
Didn’t wait for me? Hello!”
