En ese plazo se harán reparaciones sin costo, siempre y cuando no sean daños causados por otros usuarios, el propio dueño o por errores del juego. Si hay cambios después de esos tres días de revisión y desean que los mismos sean reparados, dicha reparación tendrá un coste adicional, que será abonado con antelación de comenzar la misma.
6.- Si el cliente pierde el VIP, o no paga el alquiler del zaby y, por lo tanto, la propiedad queda cerrada, si el cliente es baneado, o su cuenta es robada, o quiere dejar el juego, WiceU_DraConiaN Art Deco no puede continuar decorando, los rays pagados no serán devueltos.

11.- Se tomará en cuenta que, durante la decoración y/o al final de la misma, WiceU_DraConiaN Art Deco tomará fotografías del zaby y/o filmaciones para futuras promociones. Si el cliente no desea que estas se lleven a cabo, debe comunicarlo al comienzo del trabajo.
12.- En todas las decoraciones realizadas por WiceU_DraConiaN Art Deco, se pone nuestro logotipo en algún sitio discreto que no rompa la armonía. Queda prohibido eliminarlo o moverlo.
13.- Todos los trabajos realizados por WiceU_DraConiaN Art Deco son originales. Queda totalmente prohibido que otros decoradores o terceras personas ajenas a WiceU_DraConiaN Art Deco copien o hagan uso de nuestras texturas o eliminen nuestro logotipo, que es la firma de nuestro trabajo.
14.- Es posible que, en determinadas circunstancias, necesitemos la ayuda de un auxiliar. En dichas ocasiones, será necesario que el cliente abra los permisos para que dicho auxiliar pueda decorar y volar.
15.- WiceU_DraConiaN Art Deco no se hace responsable de los daños que los mismos dueños del lugar hagan en sus propiedades por desconocimiento del editor del programa, o por errores de los servidores donde se almacena las texturas y demás componentes de la decoración.
16.- Queda terminantemente prohibido vender o traspasar el layout a otra persona, así como las texturas creadas por WiceU_DraConiaN Art Deco.
17.- La decoración se realizará en una de las propiedades de WiceU_DraConiaN Art Deco y al término de la misma, se traspasará el layout al comprador.
18.- Al adquirir un layout, el cliente está adquiriendo el derecho personal para usar el mismo en el estado en el que se encuentra el diseño de muestra (el derecho es adquirido por el propietario o la persona que recibe dicho layout como regalo).
19.- El propietario está autorizado a usar, cambiar y modificar la copia de propiedad como él considere, pero no está autorizado a vender, rentar, transferir o dar la copia de propiedad o alguna parte de la misma a terceras personas.
20.- Todas las texturas creadas por WiceU_DraConiaN Art Deco están incluidas como parte de la decoración y son propiedad y autoría del creador. Las mismas pueden ser usadas por WiceU_DraConiaN Art Deco en otras obras y no pueden ser copiadas, usadas, modificadas o reproducidas por el comprador u otras personas, ni vendidas o dadas a terceras personas para ningún propósito.
21.- La adquisición de las copias de propiedad incluye el costo de transferencia y una instalación de sus puntos de inicio necesarios para que la propiedad pueda ser usada.
