About me:
We are Sunrider and Purrs, both in world for over 10 years, both from NY. We are not conventional deco/builders. We specialize in custom, one-of-a-kind, designs. While we do build custom Zaby homes, we do a lot of public venues like clubs, both indoor and outdoor. As such rather than make a layout and then have it available to all for sale, our clients simply show us the template they want us to build on, give us a good idea of what they want, and then we go to work and build it for them. It's more like RL, you own a piece of land, you contract with us to develop it. Our style has a very distinct reality feel to it, a place you feel comfortable and natural in. Of course, all with a NY flair.
