I was a bookseller for many years so as the saying goes I know a little bit about a lot of things. I love to talk about humor, music, books, science, politics. religion, and sometimes even sex. But be warned. I have strong opinions on certain subjects. And I do not hesitate in giving them. LOL
If you are a climate change denier, Truly fear my wrath. I have been following the research on climate for more than 30 years and am very well read on the subject and don't find your position either amusing or rational. Any one who can carry on a good conversation The original Xanthippe was the wife of Socrates, renowned for never, ever being silent. I do my best to carry on her legacy. And please do not insult me by invoking Piers Anthony as the source of my name. He is far from my favorite writer and I do not consider it flattering to be associated with him. And yes, I have read a few of his books in among the 2500 science fiction books I have read and didn't much care for them. Greg Egan, Charlie Stross and Joe Haldeman are more my speed.
